Eid joined Eat ‘N’ Go in 2018. He was the Director of the Cold Stone Creamery and Pinkberry brands.
He has over 19 years’ relevant experience in the quick service restaurant business, working across several markets in Middle East and Africa.
Prior to joining Eat ‘N’ Go, he served in different roles in different franchisees, including restaurant manager, home delivery manager, operations area manager and chain manager.
He was appointed in November 2022 as the Chief Operations Officer to oversee the operations of Domino’s Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery, Pinkberry, Suya Brothers, the Call Centre and Learning Operations Compliance, assisting the managers for each division to build greater success in the company.
He holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the Mansoura University in Egypt and possesses a mini-MBA from IBMI Berlin.
